A core philosophy of Hank’s Baseball and Softball Academy is professional instruction. All coaches within our organization have either played professionally or are trained by ex professionals on the art of coaching and the baseball philosophies of Ryan Hankins and his supporting staff. As an Academy, we feel it is critical to the development of each player to be taught those same philosophies consistently.
The most effective way for a player to improve their game is through private lessons. At Hank's Baseball and Softball Academy, our coaching staff is dedicated to helping each player to maximize their skills with specific training geared toward their individual abilities and needs.
In an effort to ensure a player's training is continuous and consistent, we encourage all players to consider individual instruction and workouts. The experience each player has with Hank’s Baseball and Softball Academy can be furthered with individual instruction. Supplementing group instruction with individual instruction will not only reinforce the message but give personal, one on one attention to specific fundamentals and promote muscle memory.
Each player has the option to select from a variety of Academy coaches. Because all coaches practice the same philosophies when teaching, rest assured your ball player will receive consistent information from the group practice environment to individual instruction.
Hank's Baseball and Softball Academy offers lessons which concentrate on specific skills such as Pitching, Hitting, Catching, Fielding and All Skills. Our private lessons are available year round.
