- Four year letter winner Oregon State University (1982-85)
- NCAA All-American 1983 (first OSU player named NCAA All-American in softball)
- Held career records for hits, singles and doubles at time of graduation, second in career RBI's, still holds career record for triples
- All NorPac and All Region (1982-85)
- Member of the Oregon State University Athletic Hall of Fame (inducted 2006)
- Former varsity coach at La Habra High School
- Over 10 years experience in coaching
- Specializes in hitting, catching and college preparation

Mike Neeley
- Has played Men’s Fastpitch softball for over 30 years.
- 1996 Most Valuable Pitcher California Travel League.
- 1982 SSOS league batting champion with a 597 batting average.
- 7 Most valuable pitcher selections.
- 17 All tournament selections.
- 25 tournament and league championships.
- 27 trips to National Championship tournaments, ASA, NAFA, ISC.
- 2009 National Coaching School with Olympic coach Mike Candrea.
- Two pitching clinics with Hall of Fame Pitcher Chuck D’arcy.
- Level 3 ASA certification.
- 12 years ASA, Five Cities Rec, Winterball and Allstar coaching experience
- 12 years pitching instruction experience.
